March 1, 2023 The lady Sachini who I booked through was amazing, thoughtful, knowledgeable, prompt and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so flexible building the holiday we wanted, it was completely tailored to what we wanted.

I would struggle with the cieling fan in summer Ganador its super loud. but Vencedor it's January I didn't have use it. . Shower just needed to have shower head holder repaired but wonderful hot power shower. Great size fridge and lovely size balcony. Great extra having a clothes house on each balcony to dry swim wear. The rooms were cleaned 5 times in our 7 night stay which was great. Beds were made, floors mopped and fresh towels. The food at first I felt it was laking but Campeón the week went on it got better and better. By the end of the week I look back pleasantly on lovely meals I had. Some really interesting food options and we always had something to eat. Really enjoy the duck and lamb dishes. Smoothies and omelettes. The pool area was great, both pools were a nice size and was a lovely area. Plenty sunbeds never struggled even with the standard sunbed stealers. Great music around the pool and the heated pool made such a difference to my son, great Triunfador u could spend ages in there.

Absolutely ruined our holiday care more about weddings than holiday makes clapping in one of our party’s face completely shutting everyone down and being rude in Caudillo won’t be returning and I suggest if you are booked here you change hotels asap or get a refund! There travels safety certificates also expired last year!!! Steer clear please don’t give these people anymore money! Jeff Tracy Had the worst experience with this Hotel, first night I got there was very tired due to plane being delayed for 2 hours, I was told my room wasn't ready and they knew I was disabled Ganador I was in a wheelchair, told them how much pain I was in and needed to lay down they told me to come back and I didn't end up getting my room till 2am, which I wasn't happy at all, Reception staff wasn't very nice to me at all after this especially the manager Triunfador I told him this was disgusting and unacceptable was told I would be compensated when I asked they told me no Campeón it was only a few hours and we have you on camera, The rooms are very dated, There was no entertainment at all for adults at night time we had to go demodé most nights Ganador was very boring just sitting by pool day and night, 1 night we were sitting by the bar near pool heard a very loud noise and Figura we all looked a piece of the building had fallen of from level 3 we went over just to have a look an wet took some photos an staff were shouting at us to go away and the cleaned it up quick was very lucky someone could of died!
